Trayvon and Rachel are owners of 33 & Co LLC, bringing a combined depth of experience in logistics, transportation, and business operations.

Trayvon brings over seven years of hands-on experience in logistics, freight transportation, and last-mile delivery. He specializes in route planning, white-glove service, and in-home delivery and installation. As an owner-operator, he remains actively involved in daily operations to ensure reliability, professionalism, and consistent service, with a focus on scaling the company while maintaining a high standard of care.

Rachel has a proven track record of building programs from the ground up and developing systems that support long-term success. She brings eight years of CDL driving experience and over ten years in supervisory roles, managing operations, hiring, budgets, compliance, and client relationships. She has led employee training to strengthen company culture and has contributed to recruitment, marketing, and branding efforts. Her strengths in operations, administration, and financial oversight help ensure a strong foundation for continued growth and stability.
